New Client Deposit policy: New clients will be required to pay a $15 non-refundable deposit to secure an appointment. The deposit will go towards your service. The remaining balance will be due once your service is completed. Forms of payment: Claws By Sherell accepts exact cash and debit/credit. The use of the Cashapp app is not permitted as a form of payment but, you are welcome to swipe your Cashapp debit card to pay for your service. Cancellation Policy: Claws by Sherell strives to provide excellent service to all clients. To ensure that clients' needs are accommodated and maintain the schedule efficiently, the following booking and cancellation policies have been implemented: Notification Timeframe: Clients must give notice of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time. Automatic appointment cancellation: Clients are granted a 15-minute grace period from their scheduled appointment time. During this time, clients may arrive without penalty.If a client arrives after the 15-minute grace period has elapsed, their appointment will need to be rescheduled. No-call, No-show: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, Claws by Sherell reserves the right to restrict booking access. How to Cancel: Clients can cancel or reschedule their appointments by calling Claws by Sherell at 352-448-5593. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise.
